
Tom
Bruscino - Managing Partner
Tom is currently serving as Managing Partner
of Twin Eagle Consulting LLC and also leads Business Development for
the Company.
Prior to Twin Eagle, Tom was Vice President of Business Development
for Magnum Technologies Inc., a Minnesota company. His experience in
Network and Systems management of large networks and a proven record
of success in management of network operations centers, allowed him to
provide the direction for the development of the Magnum Technology products.
Previously, Tom served as Chief Operating Officer for a Global Maintech
Inc. (GMI) division in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He reorganized the development
and customer support divisions for anticipated growth, as well, conducted
investor meetings positioning GMI for a move from bulletin board to a
NASDAQ small cap listing. In addition, he also served as General Manager
of the Global IGI division of the company.
Earlier, Tom joined KN Energy, Inc., in May of 1996, as Director of
Telecommunications, responsible for the Operations of the Voice, Video,
and Data Networks for all KN companies. He was successful in building
a strategic business case, which led to the creation of KN Telecommunications.
The revenue model was built around the leveraging of existing Microwave,
Field services, Operations and Engineering assets. In addition he successfully
developed a KN Telecommunications business strategy by including pipeline
assets in the form of right of ways for the purpose of building fiber
optic networks. As a result, KN Telecommunications was profitable in
its first year of operation.
Previous to KN Energy, Tom worked for Sprint in Pre-Sales Engineering,
directing the design of complex Networks for existing and potential customers.
Prior to joining Sprint was the Director of Network Operations for United
Airlines.
Tom began his professional career in the network communications field
starting in 1973 with Control Data.
Tom currently lives in Lake George, CO. He has been married for 35 years
to his wife, Nancy and has two adult children and five grandchildren.
Kip Greenstreet - Partner/CTO
Kip is currently serving as CTO and Partner
of Twin Eagle Consulting LLC. His experience in Voice and Data Operations,
Engineering, Microwave radio systems, SCADA communications and operations,
Pre and Post technical sales has allowed him to provide the direction
for the expansion of Twin Eagle Consulting, LLC.
Kip has also been responsible for developing strategic alliances and
partnerships with like companies that provide products and services, which
complement the sales and service opportunities for Twin Eagle.
As CTO and Partner of Twin Eagle Consulting, Kip has directed the expansion
of the professional service organization and most recently was instrumental
in the expansion of telecommunications sales, consulting contracts and
strategic alliances.
Kip has been working in the telecommunications field for 25 years supporting
the private business sector with expertise in microwave radio, SCADA,
telemetry, voice systems, and data networks. His initial start in telecom
was with WTCI in 1981, supporting video microwave that delivered Denver
stations to communities in Western Nebraska and South Dakota. Joining
KN Energy in 1982 as an electronic technician, he was responsible for
all communications for KN Energy and Northern Gas Company in Wyoming and
Montana. He was promoted numerous times during his tenure at KN Energy
to SCADA Coordinator, Telecom Manager, Director of Field Telecom Operations
and finally to Director of Telecommunications. During his time at KN,
he was responsible for 65 employees and a $10 million dollar operating
budget. He was instrumental in creating a telecommunications company called
KN Telecommunications. Partnering with a telecom startup company, he managed
the upgrade of over 120 microwave towers between Denver, Chicago, and
Houston. The network was used to create additional revenues for KN Energy
through KN Telecommunications. After leaving KN Energy in 1999, he became
an independent telecom consultant and worked for various companies such
as Magnum Technologies, Hitachi Data Systems, 3t Systems, and First Colorado
Mortgage. In 2001, he went to work for Travelers Express / Money Gram
as a senior telecom manager. He joined Twin Eagle Consulting LLC as a
partner and CTO in 2002.
Kip currently lives in Littleton, CO. He has been married for 25 years
to his wife, Kim and has three children, Keaton 14, Kaylor 11 and Kathryn
7.
Rod Wilkins - Partner / Vice President of Engineering
Rod has been in the
electronics/communications industry for 16 years. His knowledge and experience
come from a variety of backgrounds that include operating a two-way radio
repair shop, systems technician on military tracking radar and IFF (USMC),
telecommunications field and call center support (Energy Industry), to
initially working as the sole communications engineer supporting the WAN,
PBX systems, and telecommunications circuit infrastructure (Mortgage Company).
As the mortgage business grew, Rod was moved into IT management where
he continued to engineer but managed a newly formed telecommunications
department supporting eight offices and 1500 users.
Prior to industry employment, Rod′s formal education was gained
at South-East Community College - Milford where he earned an Associates
of Art Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. He was then employed
by KN Energy where he worked as a field technician supporting microwave
communication systems, SCADA, FXS/FXO circuits, IT office support, satellite
data communication, spread spectrum radio, and high-speed digital circuits.
Rod was then moved into call center support where he worked with PBX/ACD
administration and maintenance, data center support, multiplexes, and
the Least Cost Routing voice network.
Rod′s accomplishments include installing and maintaining 10 pipeline
inter-connect satellite communication stations to automate pipeline control/instrumentation
through Northern Kansas, installing LAN and Voice platforms for remote
call center offices (Nortel Fiber Remote, Remote Carrier and Mini-Carrier),
interfaced a Cisco VOIP system with a Nortel Meridian 1 PBX that allowed
the CIPT phones to utilize the Nortel Meridian Mail system, designed a
WAN incorporating Frame Relay and redundancy that utilized secondary PVC
connections and ISDN dial backup, overseer/designer of the complete implementation
of new telecommunication services for new mortgage offices working with
Nortel PBX's (Option11C and Option81C). Rod has also worked with almost
every national telecommunications provider in Point to Point High Speed
circuits from DS1 to DS3, Frame Relay, Dedicated Long Distance trunks,
LEC CO trunks, DID service, Toll Free (Dedicated and Switched), and Agent
Transfer platforms for efficient overflow/transfer of calls in multi-site
call centers.
Rod currently lives in Parker, CO. He has been married for 7 years to
his wife, Stacy. Rod and Stacy have one child, born September 2005.
Scott King - Vice
President of Sales
Scott has been involved in sales and sales management for 25 years. He
graduated from the University of Iowa in 1985 with a degree in marketing.
His experience includes telecommunications, mobile and wireless, enterprise
software, and consulting. He has managed direct selling efforts as well as
distribution channels and partnership development for both large corporations
and entrepreneurial start-up organizations. Throughout his career he has
worked with clients to help them use technology to create a customized solution
that maps to their business initiatives and strategic direction.
Scott’s prior experience includes working as a Director of Sales for a
start-up web based application service provider for mobile and wireless solutions
that targeted enterprise project management, scheduling, and financial software
within the construction industry. Prior to that he served as a Regional Sales
Manager for Siemens and was responsible for selling telecommunication solutions
within the central region of the United States.
Earlier in his career he served as a Major Account Sales Specialist for
Computer Associates, acted as president for a consulting company specializing
in mobile and wireless software development, and managed and ran his own
business creating remote computer main frame presentation packages.
Scott lives in Castle Rock with his wife of 15 years and their 3 kid’s
ages 14, 11, and 9.
Stacy Wilkins - Office Manager
Stacy brings over 10 years of customer
service and operations experience to Twin Eagle Consulting. Her
drive to raise the bar in providing excellent service to customers is
evident in her previous positions held, which include account management,
Help Desk management, and project management. She
holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Western Nebraska Community College.
Prior to Twin Eagle, Stacy served as the Client Operations Manager for
the City of Austin, TX while working for Alliance Data Systems (formerly
known as ORCOM Solutions). Her experience in this role included
the management of various revenue-generating projects, operational expense
management, and resolution of operational issues. She was also the
point of contact in the communication of client emergencies, outages,
and key hardware and software changes. As the Help Desk Manager
for Alliance Data Systems, Stacy managed a team of technicians in coordinating
resolution of internal company and client issues. Her successful
leadership abilities guided her team in maintaining and exceeding client
expectations within strict service level agreements. In 2002, Stacy
was recognized as a model of ORCOM’s professionalism and awarded
the ORCOM Leadership award.
In 2005, Stacy joined Franklin Resource Group as an Account Manager for
multiple accounts in the Sporting Goods industry. She successfully managed
ongoing client projects and instigated growth by researching the needs
of her clients and how they could be applied to Franklin’s business
model.
Stacy lives in Parker with her husband, Rod, and their
toddler son, Kai.
Curt Oliver - Senior Systems Engineer
Curt has been in the Telecommunications
and Information Technologies for over 19 years. He has held a number of
technical positions from Telecommunications Technician to Network Engineer
/ Systems Engineer. His career has evolved primarily through hands-on
experience and education with a wide variety of communications systems
and products. Curt has extensive knowledge of telecommunications, networking,
network management systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Information Technology, with Honors, from the University of Phoenix and
an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology from
Red Rocks Community College in Golden Colorado. In addition, he has completed
graduate level courses in telecommunications from the University of Denver.
He has been responsible for numerous projects relating to research, design,
and implementation of new technologies and methods of operation.
Curt′s accomplishments include the successful design, integration,
and implementation of a 75-node multiplex network encompassing thirteen
states. He has designed RF data networks for Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA) on a number of projects including $50 million dollar,
250-mile natural gas pipeline. He was also instrumental in the successful
implementation of a 25-node 6 GHz OC-3 SONET terrestrial microwave network.
He designed and implemented a telecommunications network for a large customer
base call center. In addition, Curt has installed and programmed Nortel
Meridian Option 11, 21, 81, Norstar PBX products and Aspect ACD products;
developed and analyzed communication solutions for voice and data applications,
while maintaining cost effectiveness without disrupting business processes.
In Curt′s role as a Systems Engineer, he has been lead engineer
for a major utility in Colorado. He has also installed Network Management
systems for Fortune 500 companies. These installations included, configuration,
maintenance, and training on Root Cause Correlation and Network Performance
measurement tools, HP OpenView Network Node Manager and IBM Tivoli Netview
on HPUX, Solaris, AIX, and Windows NT platforms.
Curt currently lives in Littleton Colorado and has two children.
Rich Reindel - Senior Systems Engineer
Rich has been active in Telecommunications,
Information Technologies, Electronics Technologies, and Technology Management
for over 35 years.
Before joining Twin Eagle, he was a Business Solutions Engineer with
Cendant Corporation. Rich ensured the successful design and implementation
of frame relay, IP, point-to-point, and VPN wide area network solutions
to Cendant's business units of Galileo International, Orbitz, Wizcom,
Shepherd Systems, and their third party customers.
Prior to Cendant, he was a Regional Consulting Engineer with Sprint Corporation
supporting the design of Sprint managed customer networks and assisted
Sprint Network Engineers in resolution of technical issues surrounding
router configuration and protocol processing issues. Subsequently Mr.
Reindel led and managed a team of pre-sales network engineers across the
Western U.S. responsible for delivering Sprint WAN solutions to existing
and potential customers, which promoted achievement of revenue goals for
the supported Sales regions.
Before Sprint, Rich spent sixteen years in the travel consortium of United
Airlines, Covia, and Apollo Travel Services. During this tenure, he was
a network planner integrating design of DACS and channel banks into a
12,000 drop dedicated network; managed the design and migration of WAN
connections to more efficient and less expensive technology platforms,
and led an organization responsible for ordering and provisioning Common
Carrier services.
Rich has extensive field and bench experience servicing mini-computer
systems, personal computer systems, and commercial two-way radio systems
including base stations, mobile units and repeaters. He served as a support
entity for 350 United Airlines computer field technicians providing phone
assistance, service documentation, and classroom instruction on new products.
Rich was also a studio and transmitter engineer at a mid-size AM/FM standard
broadcast station and holds an F.C.C. General Class Radiotelephone License.
Rich currently lives in Littleton Colorado with Phyllis,
his wife of 35 years. Together they have raised three children, and are
blessed with two grandchildren.
Chris Siggins - Systems Engineer
Chris has spent 11 years in the Telecommunications
industry and has experience in line of site RF, Nortel PBX, Cisco VoIP,
circuit infrastructure, and also possesses a strong customer service background.
Prior to Twin Eagle, Chris worked as a lead Telecom Engineer for Aurora
Loan Services, a division of Lehman Brother's Bank. As part of his duties,
he was responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of call
routing for all of Aurora Loan Services call centers nation wide. Also
he provided high-level support to the technicians under him and was the
lead engineer for numerous implementations, site builds, and large scale
moves of 200 employees or more. Chris has experience working with Nortel
PBX's and Cisco VoIP, and has attended numerous training classes for both
systems and their support equipment. While working at Aurora, Chris attended
night school and graduated valedictorian with an Associates degree in
Computer and Electrical Engineering.
Before Aurora, Chris served in the US Army as a Multi Channel Transmissions
Systems Operator. He was responsible for the installation and operation
of wireless voice networking equipment under Military specifications.
He advanced to role of team chief and was responsible for the management
of a 5-man crew.
Chris lives in Aurora Colorado with his wife of 5 years Misty, their
daughter Summer and son John.
Steve Lewis - Senior System Engineer
Steve has served in a variety of
technical roles in the Information Technology field for almost twenty
years, including system & network
management, capacity planning & performance monitoring, systems
integration, service level management, project management, and business
process re-engineering.
Most recently, he served as a system engineer and infrastructure planner
for a major Denver-based media content provider. Using his system design,
implementation, and project management skills he contributed to the
successful launch of a national Internet consumer media distribution
system. During this time Steve also served as an IT industry analyst,
researching & writing technical briefs for a prominent group of
systems management associates.
Prior to this Steve spent eight years with a major computer software
corporation where he helped implement a comprehensive architecture for
monitoring thousands of network devices in a world-wide IT infrastructure.
An important focus of his efforts was to ensure that new business processes
were designed according to ITIL and COBIT guidelines. Steve was also
an active member of the Computer Measurement Group where he
was the recipient of the J. William Mullen Award for his presentation
at the 2001 CMG international conference. He also wrote technical
books and published a paper on IT service level management in the Journal
of Computer Resource Management.
Earlier in his career, Steve worked as a IT system engineer in the
financial and air transportation industries. In those roles he was responsible
for all aspects of system management, security, data integration, programming,
monitoring, and end-to-end support for high-availability computer networks.
He has been involved in Disaster Recovery & Business Continuance
planning at several companies, and brings a unique combination of technical
and business skills to all of his projects.
Steve lives in Parker, Colorado, with his wife Vicki. They have been
married for 33 years and have four grown children.
Tom Grove - Senior Technical Analyst/Project Manager
Tom’s career
spans almost thirty years of IT experience. After
graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. degree in education
(and additional computer science coursework), he and his family moved
to Denver, Colorado in 1985 with the U.S. Department of Agriculture
to provide UNIX administration support.
He later worked almost eight years for United Airlines in their travel
consortium and was responsible for the 24x7 operation and support of
United's communication center at Denver's Stapleton International Airport. Tom
also led a development team to design, develop, implement and support
a global network management system for all of United’s data communication
links. This system was utilized at four Network Operation Centers
across the U.S.
Tom spent over seven years at the software company J.D. Edwards before
the company was purchased. During that time he led a team to implement
management tools for their network, servers, and applications. The
company built a new campus that included a state-of-the art Network
Operations Center. Later in his career, Tom was the Operations
Manager for Corporate Express, a $3 billion company. He was responsible
for all network operations at the corporate and remote locations, the
desktop support for over 400 users, the Windows server environment,
and Exchange email. During this time, he helped create a Network
Operation Center for monitoring the company's infrastructure and developed
tactical plans for system and network outages.
At Starz Entertainment, Tom led the Service Delivery team that supported
real-time operations for the Windows, UNIX, and Linux servers; the Cisco
network infrastructure (including VoIP); the SAN/NAS environment and
the data center that housed this infrastructure. Tom recently
finished a nine-month project for the State of Iowa as the project manager
on an upgrade of their Microsoft Exchange 2003 email system to Exchange
2007. This involved upgrading over 3500 mailboxes involving 22
different state agencies.
Tom lives in Greeley, Colorado, with his wife Janet. They have
been married for 30 years and have 4 grown children plus a 7-year-old
son at home.
Bianca Hernandez - Project Manager
Bianca brings 13 years of customer
service, operations and technical project management experience to Twin
Eagle Consulting.
In 1995, Bianca started her career gaining experience in the customer
service industry with ORCOM Solutions that serviced the Energy Industry
in billing and call center solutions. Her dedication to broadening her
skill set led her to take part in development and management groups
within the organization. She was also actively involved in the systems
side of database development and management. Her customer service skills
and system knowledge led her to a research position with KN Energy in
1997. She was successful in that position and later accepted a position
as a Technical Account Manager for the Washington Gas/Washington Gas
Energy Services account in the D.C. area. In 2001, she accepted the
Technical Account Manager position on the implementation of Truckee
Meadows Water Authority of Reno, NV. Her role included providing business
expertise in working with a project team to define business requirements,
guide best-business practices, and prove system setup on the company’s
iSeries product.
Prior to Twin Eagle, Bianca served as the Technical Account Manager
for the City of Austin/Austin Energy while working for Alliance Data
Systems. Her role in this position entailed being the single point of
contact for issues and project development. She was responsible for
identifying business requirements, development of best-practices in
business procedures, control file setup meeting business requirements,
and sharing product knowledge in client implementations. Her project
development role included identifying, prioritizing, documenting and
issue resolution. Bianca led training sessions, reviewed user documents
for accuracy and was also responsible for the integrity of client data
on a 24 X 7 scope. She worked with AS400 systems in building database
queries and additionally tested interface platforms such as E-CIS (Enterprise
- Customer Information System). Bianca managed and facilitated the specific
needs of the customer during the development and implementation of interface
platforms. Additionally throughout these processes, she facilitated
internal and external meetings to manage expectations as well as provide
after-hours support.
Bianca currently lives in Lakewood, CO.
Jack Hilkey - Regional Sales Manager
Jack has been in the Telecom and
Network Operations industry for 34 years. His career emphasis and background
has been in Managing, Consulting, Engineering and Marketing and Finance.
The many years of his knowledge and background has been centered on
Managing Operations and Finances for US West. His 25-year career at
US West reflected promotions and progressive increases of responsibilities.
His initial position was consulting with architects and engineers to
design and implement the placement of communication/network facilities
within building layouts. Promotions and future assignments were for
14 state responsibilities including the managing of people and the control
of finances for Network Operations involving 3 disciplines; central
office, outside plant and transport. The last 10 years included the
directing of capital for Network Operations for a 14 state area with
responsibility of a $700 to $900 million dollar capital program in each
year. The emphasis within this position centered on the most cost effective
deployment of capital to meet growth, with leveraging of revenue generating
projects or cost savings projects.
Upon leaving US West in 1993 Jack joined Power Engineers as a project
engineer. His main responsibility was for the design and deployment
of all IT and communications facilities at the main terminal of the
new Denver International Airport. Upon completion of the airport, he
developed and implemented a marketing program to grow the Telecom Engineering
Division of Power Engineers for the Denver market. He recently joined
Twin Eagle Consulting as the Regional Sales Manager with responsibilities
for a four state area. He has a broad range of experience and knowledge
in the Telecom, Network, Consulting, and Engineering areas.
Jack currently lives in Littleton, CO. He has been married for 38 years
to his wife Joyce and has two adult children.
